Scott Forte is the Branch Manager and Loan Officer in the Mandeville, Louisiana office of Assurance Financial.He joined the team in 2008, but has been a specialist in the mortgage industry for more than 13 years, offering a wide range of knowledge of home loan products. Scott is licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Nebraska.
Scott finished #1 company-wide Top Producer / Mortgage Originator in 2016, as well as #2 company-wide Top Producer / Mortgage Originator in 2013, 2014 & 2015. Scott succeeded as Top Producer / Mortgage Originator for the Highland office in Baton Rouge for the past 7 years running. He is motivated by helping people reach their dreams of becoming a homeowner, as well as saving them money by lowering rates and securing their financial situation.
Although born in Long Beach, MS, Scott has been an active member of the Baton Rouge community since 2003. He is active in his BNI networking group and is a member of Baton Rouge Ancient Athlete Society (BRAAS).
Scott is a graduate of Louisiana State University, with a major in Business. He played four years of college baseball with all-conference recognition. In his free time, Scott enjoys fishing, hunting, flag football, volleyball, golf, and snow skiing.
